The Pallati i Rinise dhe Sportit in Pristina, Kosovo, well-versed in hosting Younger Age Category events, will be the venue for the Men's 18 EHF Championship II, which also begins today.
Seven teams in total are on the start line and the competition uses a near-identical format to that of the tournament in Slovakia, only that group A will have four teams and group B will have three.
The three-team group will be showcased at 14:00 CEST today, tomorrow and on Thursday. Great Britain vs Luxembourg will get the championship underway, while Georgia must wait until tomorrow to begin their campaign when they meet Great Britain.
At 16:15 this afternoon, group A throws off with Azerbaijan vs Bulgaria before the hosts Kosovo step on court for the first time, they will be taking on Belgium at 18:30.
Kosovo will also wrap up the preliminary round against Azerbaijan on Thursday, before the top two in each group progress to Saturday's semi-finals. The final will be played on Sunday at 17:00 CEST after the third-place match and the conclusion of the placement round.
