About the arena: Scheduled to open six months before the Women’s EHF EURO 2026, the brand-new Arena Brno will be the city’s largest and most modern venue for sports, cultural, and congress events. Located within the BVV complex, the multifunctional hall will have a capacity of up to 13,300 seats and 1,300 parking spaces. As one of the city’s largest strategic projects, construction began in 2023. The arena spans 151m x 108m, with a height of 29.5m and a built-up area of 16,470 square metres. The design includes an underground level with athlete facilities, parking, and technical spaces. At the same time, the six above-ground floors will feature spectator zones, a club seat area, and exclusive skyboxes, ensuring a top-tier experience for visitors.
