The match featured a duel between Vipers' Ragnhild Dahl and Sävehof's Jamina Roberts, who were the competition's top scorers after netting 12 and 10 goals respectively in round 1.
While both players did a decent job, scoring five times each, they were overshadowed by Nora Mørk, as the stellar Norwegian made a crucial impact on Vipers' win with her 12 goals from 15 attempts.
First and foremost, I’m really happy that we won by nine goals. Sävehof were tough opponents. They are a young and hardworking team that we struggled with at times. But we won in the end — and I’m really happy with that.
The tests for our team are in the Champions League. That’s not a secret. It’s not easy to see just how good we are in the Norwegian league, and it's very important that we face these tough challenges.
